PRICING

All products listed on our website are priced in New Zealand dollars and include GST. Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

We reserve the right to amend or rectify any errors in pricing or product descriptions within 24 hours of being notified. 

SHIPPING RATES

We deliver to addresses within New Zealand, including rural addresses. We do not deliver to PO Boxes.

Do we ship internationally?

Not yet - we currently ship within New Zealand only. Honey is an animal product subject to strict export regulations, biosecurity requirements, so international shipping isn't something we offer yet. If it is a large order get in touch via email and we can see what we can do.

Travelling- Many countries allow you to carry New Zealand honey as a personal gift in your luggage - just check the import rules and volumes for your destination country before you pack.

ORDERING, EDITS & CANCELLATION

Once we receive your order, you'll get a confirmation email to let you know we're on it. Payment is taken at the time you place your order. If you haven't received a dispatch email, please check your junk or spam folder before getting in touch.

Please take care to review your order - including your delivery address - before completing payment. Once an order is confirmed, we may not be able to make changes or cancellations, and we're unable to take responsibility for orders that go missing due to incorrect delivery details.

Can I add items or make changes to my order? Possibly - the sooner you contact us, the better. If your order hasn't been packed and dispatched yet, we'll do our best to help. Once it's on its way, we won't be able to make any changes.

DISPATCH

Products will be dispatched within 3–5 working days of your order being placed. During busy periods this may take a little longer. All deliveries are made by courier. 

Please be aware that dispatch and shipping may take longer than usual over public holidays and the festive season. We recommend ordering early if you need something by a specific date.

If you need something urgently, please get in touch before placing your order and we’ll do our best to help.

Delivery to rural addresses may take longer than the standard timeframes above. Delivery is deemed complete when the goods arrive at the agreed delivery point.

If you have not received your order within 7 days of your dispatch notification, please contact us at smokyveils@gmail.com with your order number and we’ll follow it up straight away.
